General Terms and Conditions Taiga Tiny House

 

Article 1 – Definitions

 

1.1. Taiga Tiny House: located in (2021

1.2. Holidaymaker: the person who enters into the agreement regarding the holiday accommodation with Taiga Tiny House.

1.3. Co-creator: the person(s) also stated in the agreement.

1.4. Agreed price: the compensation paid for the use of the holiday accommodation.

1.5. Cancellation: the written termination of the agreement by the holidaymaker before the start date of the stay.

 

Article 2 – Contents Agreement

 

2.1. Taiga Tiny House makes holiday accommodation in Nunspeet available to the holiday maker for recreational purposes - not for permanent residence - for the agreed period and the agreed price.

 

Article 3 – Duration and Expiry of the Agreement

 

3.1. The agreement between Taiga Tiny House and the holidaymaker is concluded when Taiga Tiny House has sent a reservation or order confirmation.

 

3.2. The agreement ends by operation of law after the agreed period has expired, without notice of termination being required.

 

Article 4 – Early Departure

 

4.1. In the event of early departure of the holiday maker, no refund of the agreed price will take place.

 

Article 5 – Price and Price Change

 

5.1. The price is agreed on the basis of the rates applicable at that time, which are determined by Taiga Tiny House.

 

5.2. If, after the agreed price has been determined, additional costs arise due to an increase in charges on the part of Taiga Tiny House as a result of a change in charges and/or levies that directly relate to the holiday accommodation or the holidaymaker, these can be charged to the holidaymaker. are charged, even after the conclusion of the agreement.

 

Article 6 – Payment

 

6.1. The holidaymaker must make payment in euros, unless otherwise agreed.

 

6.2. If, despite prior written notice, the holidaymaker does not or does not properly fulfill his payment obligation within a period of two weeks after the written notice, Taiga Tiny House has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect, without prejudice to Taiga Tiny House's right to full payment of the agreed price.

 

6.3. If Taiga Tiny House is not in possession of the total amount due on the day of arrival, it is entitled to deny the holidaymaker access to the holiday accommodation, without prejudice to Taiga Tiny House's right to full payment of the agreed price.

 

6.4. The extrajudicial costs reasonably incurred by Taiga Tiny House, after a notice of default, will be borne by the holiday maker. If the total amount is not paid on time, the legally determined interest rate on the outstanding amount will be charged after written notice.

 

Article 7 – Cancellation

 

7.1. In case of cancellation the following conditions apply:

– In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the commencement date: No cancellation fee is due.

– In the event of a cancellation 15 to 30 days before the commencement date: 50% is liable for the agreed price.

– In case of cancellation from 14 calendar days or less before the commencement date: 100% of the agreed price is due.  

7.2. The compensation will be refunded pro rata, after deduction of €50 administration costs, if Taiga Tiny House succeeds in renting the holiday accommodation to a third party for the same period and price.

 

Article 8 – Liability

 

8.1. Taiga Tiny House is not liable for damage resulting from failure to comply with the house rules.

 

8.2. The holidaymaker and/or fellow holidaymaker(s) are jointly and severally liable to Taiga Tiny House for damage caused by failure to comply with the house rules. Any damage must be compensated immediately.

 

Article 9 – House rules

 

9.1. Out of respect for nature, it must be quiet between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

9.2. The minimum age of the main booker is 18 years.

9.3. Smoking is not allowed.

9.4. Pets are not allowed.

9.5. Parties, events or birthdays are not allowed.

9.6. The holiday accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.

9.7. Separating waste is mandatory.

 

Article 10 – Disputes

 

10.1. Dutch law applies to this agreement.

 

10.2. Disputes between parties will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Taiga Tiny House is located.
